We are excited to announce a list of upcoming brokerage events for the Horizon Europe program scheduled for 2025.
1. Food, Bioeconomy, Natural Resources, Agriculture, And Clean Environment for a Healthy Life – 13 February 2025 – Ljubljana, Slovenia
The networking event provides an excellent opportunity to showcase your projects and establish connections with researchers and institutions in the fields of food, bioeconomy, natural resources, agriculture, and a clean environment for healthy living. Participants can potentially form consortia for upcoming international calls under the Horizon Europe program and other European centralized programs. Within Horizon Europe, the event will focus particularly on projects under Pillar III – EIC Pathfinder, EU Missions, and Pillar II – Cluster 6.
2. Clean Aviation PITCH-ATHLON: Pitch & Connect – 13 February 2025 – Brussels, Belgium
Clean Aviation is organizing the “PITCH-ATHLON,” a matchmaking event for organizations interested in its 3rd Call for Proposals, launching in February 2025. This call will provide up to €380 million in EU funding to support innovative aviation decarbonization projects. The event offers participants a chance to pitch ideas, demonstrate their impact, and connect with others for collaborations on Call 3 topics. It aims to foster networking, share innovative ideas, and bring new organizations into Clean Aviation’s mission for sustainable aviation.
On-site attendance is required for pitching participants, and registration is open until January 15, 2025.
3. Successful R&I in Europe 2025: 12th European Networking Event – 6-7 March 2025 – Düsseldorf, Germany
This R&I 12th conference invites researchers and entrepreneurs from across Europe to form partnerships for Horizon Europe projects. Participants can present ideas or results in workshops on key Clusters topics such as Health; Creative Industries; Digital & Industrial Technologies; Energy & Mobility; Food, Bioeconomy, Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Environment; and Innovation Procurement (PCP/PPI). The event encourages collaboration in research and innovation networks by targeting universities, research institutes, and SMEs.
Registration is open until 28 February 2025, and presentation proposals must be submitted by 19 January 2025.
Brokerage events are designed to facilitate matchmaking and networking opportunities, specifically aimed at helping develop high-quality proposals for upcoming Horizon Europe calls, build consortia, and exchange ideas and experiences between experts worldwide.
