Scientific and Innovation Partnership Assistance Center (SIPAC) was established in 2017 by the Science Committee of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of the Republic of Armenia as a foundation, to support science internationalization efforts of the government, to provide consultancy and independent expertise for the state and international organizations in various fields of science, education, technology and innovation, carry out policy studies and facilitate international scientific cooperation and participation of Armenian science-intensive organizations and research teams in European and international programmes.
THE FOUNDATION
SIPAC has been created as an umbrella organization to focus its research and innovation partnership support activities to all research stakeholders of the country, including academic sector, universities, research intensive SMEs and companies, and in this sense, it has close cooperation and links with all the main players of the country and wide network of European and international organizations.
THE TEAM
SIPAC foundation consists of a few experienced professionals working in the field of public funding for a long time.
