We are excited to announce two new upcoming brokerage events for the Horizon Europe program:
1․ Energy Matchmaking Event for Horizon Europe Cluster 5 upcoming calls – 10 June 2024 – Brussels, Belgium
The brokerage event for Horizon Europe Cluster 5։ Climate, Energy, and Mobility upcoming calls is set to bring together research institutions and energy companies from various European countries for a day of engaging talks, pitches, and networking sessions. Participants can expect insightful discussions on the latest trends and innovations in the energy industry, as well as opportunities to connect with like-minded individuals and potential collaborators. With expert insights and networking opportunities, this event aims to facilitate participation in Cluster 5 calls, offering attendees practical knowledge to drive their projects forward.
2. Cluster 3 Infoday & Brokerage Event – 12-13 June 2024 – Brussels, Belgium
The event will showcase research topics for the 2024 calls in Cluster 3։ Civil Security for Society, offering participants both information and matchmaking sessions. During the matchmaking event, attendees can engage in pre-arranged meetings to identify potential collaborators and set up Horizon Europe project consortia. Researchers, entrepreneurs, and other stakeholders actively seeking project partners can also submit their project ideas for a flash pitch presentation session, which will precede bilateral meetings. To support participants in their presentations, SEREN5 – the European Network of Cluster 3 National Contact Points, will also provide Pitch Presentation Training on May 17, 2024 (online), details of which can be found here. Additionally, SEREN5 will provide a “Project Idea Check” service to support potential applicants in the early stages of proposal preparation.
Brokerage events are designed to facilitate matchmaking and networking opportunities, specifically aimed at helping develop high-quality proposals for upcoming Horizon Europe calls, build consortia, and exchange ideas and experiences between experts worldwide.
