The ERA TALENT Call for Multiplying the Impact of EURAXESS Hubs is now open, offering targeted financial support to EURAXESS members not directly involved in the ERA TALENT project. This support aims to enhance career development and talent circulation services in alignment with the call objectives.

Only EURAXESS members (at any level) from Horizon Europe eligible countries, supported by a Declaration of Commitment signed and duly countersigned by the relevant institutions before 01.09.2022, are eligible to participate.

The ERA TALENT project focuses on advancing services within the EURAXESS network, restructuring to support the career development of researchers in Europe. This includes expanding career trajectories in academia, industry, business, public, and non-governmental sectors.

The call’s general objective is for beneficiaries to use financial support to join one of the thematic cross-border virtual hubs supported by the ERA Talent Platform project. They will actively participate in and enhance the activities of the selected hub by providing local services equivalent to those offered by local hub arms.

The call will support up to 25 small-scale projects to ensure widespread impact across the entire EURAXESS network and benefit all five active hubs:

  1. EURAXESS Startup Hub
  2. Researcher Careers Beyond Academia Hub
  3. Researcher Careers in Academia Hub
  4. Talent Circulation Hub
  5. EURAXESS Science 4 Refugees Hub

Applications are accepted continuously until January 31, 2024, at 17:00 CET.
