We are pleased to inform you about two upcoming brokerage events under the Horizon Europe Programme:
1. Europe’s Rail Brokerage Event in Poland – 24 September 2025 – Gdansk, Poland
The brokerage event will take place during the TRAKO International Railway Fair and is organised by Europe’s Rail Joint Undertaking (EU-Rail JU) in collaboration with PKP S.A. and National Contact Points for EU Research Programmes. The event will gather participants from across the railway sector to discuss innovation needs and funding opportunities. Attendees will have the chance to take part in matchmaking sessions, exchange project ideas, and learn more about the EU-Rail 2025 Call for project proposals, which opens on 8 October 2025 and closes on 11 February 2026.
2. Funding the Future of Space: Horizon Europe – 22–23 October 2025 – Riga, Latvia
This brokerage event will be held at the ATTA Centre as part of the TECHRITORY Forum and is organised by the Latvian Council of Science. It focuses on Horizon Europe’s Cluster 4 space strategies for the 2026–2027 work programme. Participants will have the opportunity to attend information sessions, pitch their project ideas, and take part in matchmaking activities to facilitate partnerships. The event also provides access to the TECHRITORY Forum programme, featuring over 600 speakers.
Registration for the event lasts until 21 October 2025, 17:00 (CET).
Brokerage events are designed to facilitate matchmaking and networking opportunities, specifically aimed at helping develop high-quality proposals for upcoming Horizon Europe calls, build consortia, and exchange ideas and experiences between experts worldwide.
