We are pleased to inform you about new brokerage events under the Horizon Europe Programme scheduled for October–November 2025:
1. Funding the Future of Space – 22–23 October 2025 – Riga, Latvia
This brokerage event will be held at the ATTA Centre as part of the TECHRITORY Forum and is organised by the Latvian Council of Science. It focuses on Horizon Europe’s Cluster 4 (Digital, Industry and Space) space strategies for the 2026–2027 work programme. Participants will have the opportunity to attend information sessions, pitch their project ideas, and take part in matchmaking activities to facilitate partnerships. The event also provides access to the TECHRITORY Forum programme, featuring over 600 speakers.
Registration for the event lasts until 21 October 2025, 17:00 (CET).
2. INSE Construction 2025 – 28 October 2025 – Warsaw, Poland
The INSE Construction 2025 brokerage event focuses on sustainable construction and innovation within the Horizon Europe framework. Participants will have the opportunity to explore funding opportunities under Horizon Europe’s Cluster 5 – Climate, Energy and Mobility, including initiatives related to the New European Bauhaus. Those who want to share a project idea, present an organization, find a partner, or create a consortium will be able to do so during dedicated pitching sessions. The event is designed to foster collaboration, knowledge exchange, and the development of high-quality project proposals in the sustainable construction sector.
3. IHI Brokerage Event 2025 – 3-4 November 2025 – Brussels, Belgium
The IHI Brokerage Event 2025 provides a platform for stakeholders in health innovation to network, pitch project ideas, and form consortia for IHI’s (Innovative Health Initiative) upcoming single-stage call for proposals, scheduled for launch in early 2026. The Innovative Health Initiative, a public-private partnership between the EU and Europe’s life science industries, supports projects that integrate pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical technology, and big data. IHI calls for proposals offer organizations the opportunity to build cross-sector partnerships and address major challenges in health research.
4. Horizon4Poland 2025 – 18 November 2025 – Warsaw, Poland
The event will gather participants from science, business, administration, and research funding bodies. It will showcase successful Polish projects implemented under Horizon Europe, identify barriers to participation, and explore strategies to enhance competitiveness in European research space. Attendees will have opportunities to take part in matchmaking meetings, pitching sessions, and thematic workshops, fostering collaboration and consortium building for upcoming Horizon Europe calls.
Brokerage events are designed to facilitate matchmaking and networking opportunities, specifically aimed at helping develop high-quality proposals for upcoming Horizon Europe calls, build consortia, and exchange ideas and experiences between experts worldwide.
