We are pleased to inform you about new brokerage events under the Horizon Europe Programme:
1. CBE JU Networking Event– 21 April 2026 – Brussels, Belgium
The Circular Bio-based Europe Joint Undertaking is a public–private partnership under Horizon Europe supporting research and innovation for competitive and sustainable circular bio-based industries in Europe.
The Circular Bio-based Europe Joint Undertaking Networking Event is a full-day, in-person brokerage event focused on building collaborations for the 2026 call for project proposals under the Circular Bio-based Europe Joint Undertaking. It will bring together applicants, representatives of the European Commission and the Bio-based Industries Consortium to support partner search, idea exchange and consortium building. The event will include structured networking, matchmaking sessions, and short training activities.
Registration is open until 14 April 2026.
2. Climate, Energy and Mobility Matchmaking Event – 27-28 April – London, UK
This matchmaking event targets Horizon Europe 2026 Pillar II Cluster 5 (Climate, Energy and Mobility) calls and supports the creation of strong project consortia. It brings together researchers, industry experts, and business leaders to explore collaboration opportunities in areas such as multimodal transport, smart buildings, sustainable housing, and industrial heat solutions.
Participants will benefit from targeted networking, expert-led sessions, hands-on workshops, and opportunities to present project ideas. The event also includes facility tours and dedicated networking sessions to enhance partnership building and proposal development.
3. Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Society Matchmaking event – 28-29 May – London, UK
This matchmaking event focuses on Horizon Europe 2026 Cluster 2 (Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Society) calls and aims to support consortium building for upcoming proposals. The event gathers researchers, innovators, and stakeholders working on topics such as democracy, cultural heritage, education, social inclusion, and migration.
Participants will have the opportunity to connect with potential partners, explore collaboration opportunities, and enhance the competitiveness of their proposals.
4. Net4Society Matchmaking Event for 2026 Cluster 2 calls – 1-2 June – Paris, France
The Net4Society Matchmaking Event is a key brokerage event dedicated to Horizon Europe Cluster 2: Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Society. It brings together stakeholders from across Europe and beyond to support partnership building and the development of competitive project consortia for 2026 calls.
The event offers pre-arranged bilateral meetings, pitching sessions, and interactive workshops where participants can present project ideas, receive expert feedback, and refine their proposals. It provides an excellent opportunity to expand international networks, connect with potential partners, and engage with National Contact Points (NCPs) and Horizon Europe experts.
Registration is open until 25 May 2026.
Brokerage events are designed to facilitate matchmaking and networking opportunities, specifically aimed at helping develop high-quality proposals for upcoming Horizon Europe calls, build consortia, and exchange ideas and experiences between experts worldwide.
