ABOUT US

Scientific and Innovation Partnership Assistance Center (SIPAC) was established in 2017 by the Science Committee of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of the Republic of Armenia as a foundation, to support science internationalization efforts of the government, to provide consultancy and independent expertise for the state and international organizations in various fields of science, education, technology and innovation, carry out policy studies and facilitate international scientific cooperation and participation of Armenian science-intensive organizations and research teams in European and international programmes.
