In cooperation with Scientific and Innovation Partnership Assistance Center (SIPAC) as coordinator of National Contact Points for Horizon Europe, the European Commission invites researchers and innovators from Armenia to participate in the Proposal Writing Camp as well as to individual Expert Consultations to be held in Yerevan, Armenia.
The three-day Proposal Writing Camp will focus on collaborative research project proposals to be submitted under the Horizon Europe Work Programme 2026-2027 (HE), Pillar 2 (including EU Missions and New European Bauhaus facility), but will also cover other funding instruments such as Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) and the European Innovation Council (EIC).
The Proposal Writing Camp will provide researchers and innovators from Armenia with solid project ideas the opportunity to receive training in writing high-quality competitive HE proposals.
The Expert Consultations aim to provide customised support for preparing concrete proposals for submission. They will be offered to researchers and innovators who have identified a concrete call within HE (Work Programme 2026-2027) and have already started to work on the respective proposal.
The Expert Consultations will start as soon as European Commission receives your registration. They will take place online from end-November till early-February and physically on 12th of February and 13th of February in Yerevan.

Experienced researchers and young researchers (including PhD candidates) as well as innovation stakeholders and HE National Contact Points are encouraged to take part in the training.
Registration
Interested researchers and innovators from Armenia are invited to fill-in a registration form by 15th of January 2026.
Participation is limited and participants will be selected after the registration deadline.
