On October 22, 2025, the Scientific and Innovation Partnership Assistance Center (SIPAC), in close cooperation with the European Commission, the Delegation of the European Union to Armenia, and the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia (NAS RA), is organizing the EU Horizon Europe programme Information Event. The event will take place at the NAS RA Presidium, 24 Baghramyan ave, Yerevan 0019 RA, Conference Hall (1st floor), from 10:00 to 16:30.
The event agenda will feature presentations by representatives of the European Commission and Horizon Europe experts, and will include the following sessions:
- Integration into the European Research Area (ERA) and participation in Horizon Europe
- Sharing experiences from participation in Horizon Europe Projects
- Pillar III – Innovative Europe
The event will provide insights into ongoing collaborations, showcase success stories, and present opportunities for Armenian researchers and innovators to engage in cutting-edge European R&I projects. It will be a unique opportunity for Armenian researchers, innovators, start-ups, and SMEs to receive first-hand information about the EU Horizon Europe Programme, explore new funding opportunities, and get answers to their questions.

With a budget of over €95 billion, it tackles climate change, helps to achieve the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals, and boosts the EU’s competitiveness and growth. The programme facilitates cross-border cooperation and supports researchers and innovators at every stage of their careers.
